Graduating Recruits & Concerned Personnel

This informational notice concludes the selection process for Deputy Sheriff Academy Class 0823. After 22 weeks of rigorous academy training at the Sheriff’s Training and Regional Services (STARS) Center in Palomino Highlands, the Training Bureau is glad to announce that the following recruits have graduated from the Sheriff's Training Academy:

    Adrian Vasquez - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station
    Bradley Murphy - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station
    Emmanuel Aguilar - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station
    Gabriel Medina - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station
    Garland Riggs - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station
    Jahir Burnside - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station
    Javier Torres - West Vinewood Sheriff's Station

The graduation ceremony will be held at 2000 on the 19th of August 2023. The ceremony's location will be the Los Santos County Ceremony Area. Graduated recruits are required to arrive at the Training Center no later than 1900 so that we can ensure uniform inspections are done in a timely manner. A bus for the graduation will leave at 1930 from the training center and go to the ceremony grounds. Any family and friends coming to your graduation should go directly to the ceremony grounds. Sworn personnel may attend in accordance with the personal grooming guidelines distributed prior to the ceremony.
