Instructions to the Applicant

The information you provide in this Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST.
  • It is your responsibility to complete this form and provide all required information.
  • This document must be filled out electronically and printed.
  • You must respond to all items and questions. Check applicable boxes with an "X". If a question does not apply to you, write “D.N.A” (does not apply) in the space provided for your response.
  • By submitting this form, you affirm that you have read and understood the Essential Job Functions and Selection Requirements of the position applied for.
  • (( Preview your application before submitting it to make sure that all the BBCode works properly. If it does not, use the blank application format as a guidance tool to fix it. Try to avoid touching the BBCode and only fill out text answers, and that way it will not break. ))
Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

BOTTOM LINE: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful responses.

Jeffrey Hill was born and raised in the city of Los Santos in the year of 1993. He's a typical 30 years old American citizen who is proud of his great country. Jeffrey was always a loved child of his well-educated and wealthy parents. Both of them are working hard since eighties in their own law firm. Jeffrey was lucky to be born in such a family which never struggled from lack of money. As a kid, Jeffrey used to be popular among other children from Rodeo. He's quite a friendly person since childhood.

Today, Jeffrey is an adult person who lives separately from his parents. He rents an apartment not far from Rodeo. Jeffrey stays in touch with his relatives and visits them every week. He decided to follow his parents path and become a lawyer as well. Even though he's not successful just like his parents, he refuses to accept any financial help from his parents when they try to help him somehow. He's a proud person and solves his troubles by himself since he was a teenager.

Among his friends Jeffrey is known as a reliable person who will always help in a difficult situation. He'll do everything he can to provide some help to his friends. His nature is not remarkable at all. He's usually a quite person but he can spit out a sharp word in the argument as well. Jeffrey spends his free time doing sports or working in his garage. He's also a car enthusiast.

Since childhood, Jeffrey had a desire to become a police officer, because he liked the specifics of their work, how they work competently in their field, working hard for the quiet life of ordinary citizens. Jeffrey's parents set him on the path of becoming a lawyer, and he thought it would be a good choice. After many years of working in a law firm, Jeffrey realized that his work wasn't for him, it ceased to bring him any pleasure. He believes that he could use his experience and knowledge on the streets of the city, protecting U.S citizens from the crime that plagues Los Santos.

One day, Jeffrey accidentally came across one of the posts on the Internet that LSSD hiring Deputy Sheriff's, it took him several weeks to think about everything and come to the decision to try himself at the LSSD academy.
