Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

BOTTOM LINE: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful responses.

4. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN BANNED FROM A LEGAL OFFICIAL FACTION?

[X] YES
[—] NO

5. IF "YES" TO THE ABOVE, PLEASE EXPLAIN (INCLUDE WHEN, WHERE AND CIRCUMSTANCES)

I have been from LSGOV, SADCR, LSPD and LSFD over complications that happened a few months ago.
The LSFD was the most recent as when I tried to apply, I mentioned the faction that I happen to be blacklisted from the SADCR, Gov, LSPD and the LSSD which immedetially led to the LSFD to blacklist me themselves as they're afraid that I'm too much of a " wild card " to be brought into the faction. Mind you that such faction bans were 11 months old with the faction leaders ignoring me and refusing to properly discuss this elongated eternal ban.

As for the SADCR, apparently the faction's leader mentioned me having some attitude issues after I got into an issue with a helper that was the cause of all of this and decided to faction ban me out of no where.
Fair enough, I tried to communicate with him regarding this incident, but it seems like there was some bias on his side as I wasn't enable to communicate with him and I kept receiving nos and insults from him as if he enjoys keeping me blacklisted from his faction weirdly enough.
This is further backed about him mentioning my progress in other servers such as GTA:W and wishing me luck in them indirectly...
Excuse me, if you wish me luck in other servers and you're aware of my capabilities. Why don't you atleast allow me to prove my perspective on things so we can discuss?

As for Gov, faction banned for not mentioning the PF abuse ban. I tried to speak to Sid recently as it's been like 10 months. However, he kept ignoring me, insulting me, calling me a retard, saying a lot of terrible stuff about me behind my back and he recently blocked me.

As for the LSPD, I asked a leader if I can join his faction and he responded by saying: "Ain't no way that I'm letting a retard like you in my faction, fuck off"
I don't understand the cause behind his unprofessional behaviour, but oh well.

And as for the LSSD, it's been a very complicated situation with this faction.
As far as I'm concerned, I first applied on Thomas Schofield and apparently was denied in relation to my old incidents. I don't remember doing this but someone told me that I did, so I'm mentioning it.

Fast foward, I applied on Kimberly Arellano and I managed to pass the WT, the SI, the PAE and got invited into the faction.
However, due to my horrible luck and probably the Arcane Curse that's haunting me in this community, I was kicked out on my first day because I didn't mention the bans on my old account that I thankfully recovered because that account was lost at the time. For perspective, it took me almost a week to recover the email and recover the account.

Fast forward to few more months, I applied on Kimberly Arellano again and was denied because I also forgot to mention stuff that I wasn't even aware of nor informed about. But yes, I was denied and put on a six months blacklist.

And here I am applying again after being informed by one of my friends that somebody from the ASD gave me the greenlight to apply. I won't lie to the leadership to say that my expectations and hopes are extremely low, however.

I blame myself for what's happening to me, it's not the factions leaders' fault.

6. ARE YOU AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF ANOTHER OFFICIAL FACTION? IF YES STATE THE FACTION AND PROVIDE A PROOF WITH THE DOUBLE FACTION PERMISSION (FOUND HERE)

[—] YES
[X] NO
(Faction name — D.N.A)

7. ARE YOU ABLE TO USE TEAMSPEAK WITH A DECENT-QUALITY MICROPHONE?

[X] YES
[—] NO

8. PROVIDE YOUR CHARACTER'S BACKGROUND STORY INCLUDING ALL THE INHERENT INFORMATION, SUCH AS DEVELOPMENT AND TRAITS. DISCUSS THE MOTIVES BEHIND THEIR WISH TO JOIN THE LOS SANTOS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT (250 WORDS MINIMUM, 800 WORDS MAXIMUM)

Spoiler: show
Jessica Gutierrez was born and raised in Temple. She was the daughter of two parents who worked together at a restaurant in Market, earning enough money to support their children. While they weren't doing the best job in the world, the restaurant that they worked in provided them with the financial stability to live a moderate life in Temple and raise their children. Their first child was Jessica; she was pretty much the average girl from her area. She was attending the school the same way as every other kid in her neighborhood, and she was known to be somewhat social as she spent most of her time hanging out with the other kids from her school, which angered her parents, as she sometimes came back home late. Fast forward to late teens, she managed to graduate from High School and got her degree.

However, things won't go too well for her.

When she signed up for college, Jessica fell victim to the lifestyle of it. She stated partying with the other students in her college, going to clubs and pretty much do anything expect studying while her parents were still doing nine to five jobs to take care of her college education only to their suprise where Jessica failed in her first year in college and the parents simply didn't have enough money to keep paying for education which resulted in Jessica dropping out. When she dropped out of college, she was looking for a job anywhere. She worked in the restaurant that her parents worked at for a couple of months, only for her to sign up for a security firm that one of her friends told her about, and get herself a job as a Security Officer.

The first year of working as a Security Officer wasn't anything to write home about. She started working as an Unarmed Guard for the first year, mainly to acquire experience, until she eventually got promoted and became an armed guard. Upon getting promoted, she started receiving slightly better pay than the literal pennies that she used to receive as an Unarmed Guard, and the company started assigning her to some more interesting posts.

However, with poor management taking over, the budget cuts from the management and the horrible work environment that Jessica had to endure for years. It was safe to say that it's time to formally leave and pursue a different career. She met a former colleague who managed to land himself a job in the Sheriff's Department and asked him about the work environment. What it's like to be a Law Enforcement Officer and if the recruitment process is difficult or not, to which he replied by encouraging her to try her luck with the next recruitment batch and informing her about the great benefits that the company provides to its employees, like the decent salary and whatnot. She was convinced at that moment and decided to try her luck, hoping for the best.
