  • It is your responsibility to complete this form and provide all required information.
  • This document must be filled out electronically and printed.
  • You must respond to all items and questions. Check applicable boxes with an "X". If a question does not apply to you, write “D.N.A” (does not apply) in the space provided for your response.
  • By submitting this form, you affirm that you have read and understood the Essential Job Functions and Selection Requirements of the position applied for.
  • (( Preview your application before submitting it to make sure that all the BBCode works properly. If it does not, use the blank application format as a guidance tool to fix it. Try to avoid touching the BBCode and only fill out text answers, and that way it will not break. ))
Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

BOTTOM LINE: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful responses.

Spoiler: show
Micaela Bradford was born on August 19, 1987, to Olivia and Albert Bradford in Georgia, in the maternity ward of St. Judes Hospital. Albert was a veteran of the Atlanta Fire Department. His mother, Olivia, already in her 60s, was a real estate agent who made her living selling houses all over the state, she met Albert and they quickly married two years later, having their first and only daughter, Micaela.
Micaela's childhood and adolescence was something normal in some aspects, every family has 'internal' problems but she lived through scenes of mistreatment and contempt, being a few years old, she ignored the facts and took refuge in a local baseball club, she could consider it like his second family, he preferred to stay there instead of going home and experiencing things that he later found unpleasant.
In her baseball club she met Tedy, who without a doubt, in the very near future, would consider herself her best friend, they were both her friends throughout her adolescence and the first steps of adulthood. At that time, Micaela loved playing baseball, every day she trained and played with her friends, she won great prizes with her team.
When she was of legal age, she decided to travel to the city of San Diego where she enlisted with her then-best friend, Tedy Graham, in the United States Marine Corps. After several months of training, they got a vacancy as E-1, at that time, Micaela began to know the work that her grandfather did every day. Tedy moved to Los Santos and no more was heard of her, Micaela continued to belong to the USMC and that is how she advanced more every day, with the history of her grandfather.

After spending two more years she ends her contract and to try something new, she rejects the contract to continue with her path, she retires from the body with honors. After years working in a company as head of safety and hygiene.
After finishing her contract, she decided to join to the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, believing that her profile and previous experience in the Marines would help her remain cautious in challenging situations. However, the transition took time, as it was a very different field. After completing the required training at the academy, she began working as a Correctional Officer. After a year of experience, she decided to retire voluntarily.

Several months later, after reconsidering her options, she chose to pursue a position with the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. After researching the role, she found it to be a suitable fit for her, given her prior experience. She decided the timing was right and, after attending events and speaking with members of the Recruitment Unit, she accepted the challenge.
What she wants is a place where she can develop her skills, and she believes the LSSD has the necessary tools to help her do that.
