The last one I created was back in September, we’ve had ups and downs since then. More up than down. I originally got Sheriff back in August 2021, for over a year now I’ve been at the helm and even though we haven't had any server to play on, I’ve loved every second of it.

We’ll all get the chance to play Los Santos Roleplay again very soon, and I cannot wait. We still have some work left to do, but this is mainly the finishing touches in-game. Finishing some of the reworked station textures, finishing off interiors and finalizing everything.

Speaking of interiors, anyone who is good with interior design and is willing to help out getting our facilities properly furnished, even on a basic level for launch, please do not hesitate to reach out. We can come up with a system to get you on the server, so you can make a start.

I’ve been learning GTA V modding over the past week or two, and I have started making some changes, more so GTA V relates to how we need it from a realism and immersion point of view.

The first change that's been implemented onto the server has already been showcased, but I will make it official here;

The building has been modified to remove the default courts logo on the right-hand side and removed all the dirt and graffiti from the building, to be more aligned with the real Hall of Justice. We’ll likely look into modelling a more real version of the real life building, but that is a large project and will take some time.

Second thing on my agenda, the LSSD Training Facility, we haven’t really chosen a name until now but after thought we’ll be using the name of the real life training centre LASD has; Eugene Biscailuz Regional Training Center. As previously mentioned, this is going to be the home of the Training Bureau alongside the Special Enforcement Bureau. I will work closely with leaderships of both bureaus to figure out a floor plan for work to commence on the interior.

I’ve been working on custom mods for this facility, below you can see current images of the custom objects, I am currently working on some others, but they will be shared separately:

This may or not be on the server for launch, I am anticipating that it will be. This is depending on how fast I can finish the objects and map them.

We have some changes relating to the Custody side of our faction, the name of Bolingbroke Correctional Facility has now been changed, the new name is Bolingbroke Detention Center. Felis and DeputyThompson have been hard working on getting all the internals' setup, I cannot thank either of them enough for the work they put in.

DeputyThompson has requested for anyone who would like to help out creating manuals and paperwork side of the custody section, he specifically mentioned anyone with experience in Parole Compliance and Court Services, to either come to me direct or drop DeputyThompson a message, he will fill you in and bring you up to speed with what’s required.

Overall, been a quiet but busy few months for myself, with progress ramping up on the gamemode, testing has got a lot busier, meaning time can be stretched between the two. I’ve got to take a second to thank my Executive and Command teams for helping in the areas they can, it’s been a great help.

I anticipate this to be the last one of these I do before the server launches, so until then. Again, thank you everyone for showing continued interest even in the doubtful times we’ve been in over the last 18 months, it’s been a rocky road, but that's starting to smooth out. I cannot wait for everyone to see what the server holds.
