Instructions to the Applicant

The information you provide in this Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST.
  • It is your responsibility to complete this form and provide all required information.
  • This document must be filled out electronically and printed.
  • You must respond to all items and questions. Check applicable boxes with an "X". If a question does not apply to you, write “D.N.A” (does not apply) in the space provided for your response.
  • By submitting this form, you affirm that you have read and understood the Essential Job Functions and Selection Requirements of the position applied for.
  • (( Preview your application before submitting it to make sure that all the BBCode works properly. If it does not, use the blank application format as a guidance tool to fix it. Try to avoid touching the BBCode and only fill out text answers, and that way it will not break. ))
Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

BOTTOM LINE: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful responses.

Frank Ned was born on May 30, 1992, in a small town situated in the heartland of the San Andreas. Growing up, Frank was deeply influenced by his family’s values of community service and cultural awareness. To be more specific, his father, a history professor with a focus on Asian cultures, and his mother, a community organizer, instilled in him a passion for understanding diverse cultures and a commitment to helping others, contributing to the holistic development of societies.

Frank’s academic journey was marked by his curiosity and dedication towards Los Santos’s rules and communities. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in Jefferson Police Academy, which was his childhood dream of being a part of Law Enforcement. The painstaking training and education he received at the academy prepared him for a career in public service, teaching him the importance of discipline, integrity and sympathy. He graduated with decent grades, which were a good signal for him to be a good officer.

However, life will never treat people as the way they think when Frank was offered a unique opportunity to work as a Cultural Consultant for Blackbeak’s Coven, a cultural organization dedicated to promoting Asian heritage and tourism. With Frank’s former knowledge from his father and being eager to explore Asian culture and language, Frank decided to temporarily set aside his Law Enforcement aspirations to embrace this new challenge.

From May 1, 2015, to August 23, 2017, Frank worked diligently at Blackbeak’s Coven. His duties included providing insights into Asian cultures and languages, guiding tourists, and organizing cultural events. His ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and his deep knowledge of Asian traditions made him an invaluable asset to the organization.

However, Frank felt a lingering desire to return to his original dream of serving the community in a more direct and impactful way albeit his success and fulfillment in the role.

After leaving Blackbeak’s Coven for personal reasons, Frank took a rest until he was approached by VINUNI Group, a reputable insurance company, offering him a position as an Insurance Salesman. With a desire to earn some money and develop his interpersonal skills, Frank accepted the role.

From January 3, 2019, to September 30, 2023, Frank made some remarkables achievements in the company. He met potential clients, customized insurance plans to suit their needs, and explained various insurance policies with clarity and patience. Yet, despite Frank’s achievements and the financial sustainability, his passion for Law Enforcement and community service was calling him back that he decided to resign.

Throughout his career transitions, Frank never lost sight of his core values. He remained committed to personal growth and serving others. His experiences at Blackbeak’s Coven and VINUNI Group enriched his understanding of human behaviour, communication skills, and broadened his horizons about psychology, as well. These traits, coupled with his foundational training at Jefferson Police Academy, are perfect preparations for him to embark on a new journey in Law Enforcement.

In the year of 2024, Frank decided to pursue his long-held aspiration of serving the community through Law Enforcement. Recognizing the unique blend of skills and experiences he had accumulated over the years, he felt ready to make a significant impact. Frank applied for the position of Sheriff Deputy in the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department.
