Instructions to the Applicant

The information you provide in this Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST.
  • It is your responsibility to complete this form and provide all required information.
  • This document must be filled out electronically and printed.
  • You must respond to all items and questions. Check applicable boxes with an "X". If a question does not apply to you, write “D.N.A” (does not apply) in the space provided for your response.
  • By submitting this form, you affirm that you have read and understood the Essential Job Functions and Selection Requirements of the position applied for.
  • (( Preview your application before submitting it to make sure that all the BBCode works properly. If it does not, use the blank application format as a guidance tool to fix it. Try to avoid touching the BBCode and only fill out text answers, and that way it will not break. ))
Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

BOTTOM LINE: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful responses.

Spoiler: show
Viktor Malenkov was born on August 22, 1987, in Tbilisi, Georgia, during a period of transition and hardship following the fall of the Soviet Union. Raised in a disciplined household by a father who served in the Georgian military and a mother who worked in education, Viktor grew up with a deep respect for order, structure, and duty. From an early age, he was exposed to the consequences of corruption and instability, and he quickly developed a strong sense of responsibility toward his community.

After completing his general education, Viktor enrolled at Tbilisi College of Public Services, where he earned a diploma in Security (Bezbednost). He began his career in the private sector, working for Tetra Security Solutions Ltd., a reputable firm in Georgia known for providing security to embassies, banks, and corporate clients. Over the course of more than a decade, Viktor rose through the ranks to become a Senior Security Officer, leading operations during high-risk events and conducting internal investigations.

In late 2022, Viktor was offered a professional opportunity in the United States. A private security firm in San Andreas filed a sponsorship for his work visa under the skilled worker program. After successfully transitioning to legal permanent residency, he began working as Deputy Head of Security at Roze Enterprise in Los Santos. His time in the U.S. further sharpened his skills, particularly in dealing with diverse communities and unpredictable urban environments.

Now firmly rooted in San Andreas, Viktor is motivated to serve the public in a greater capacity. His experience in managing people, resolving conflict without force, and operating with professionalism under pressure make him a natural fit for law enforcement. His goal is to become part of the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department, not just as an officer, but as a trusted guardian of the law — someone who brings a global perspective, grounded ethics, and unwavering dedication to public service.
