This post is to inform you of the recent changes implemented within the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department's recruitment process. Effective immediately, starting August 11, 2024, we will be adopting a 'rolling recruitment' process as part of our recruitment strategy. By streamlining the recruitment process this way, it will allow us to continually accept applications and fill vacancies promptly, ensuring our staffing levels remain optimal despite potential promotions or resignations.

Traditionally, it required several weeks for candidates to complete their enrolment and officially join our ranks. We have now reduced these waiting times significantly by offering candidates an invite to the faction immediately after successfully passing their entrance examinations.

Having considered the concerns we have received about the way we have conducted our recruitment drives in the past, particularly with regards to waiting times, we are excited about these changes and confident that they will enhance the faction's efficiency and responsiveness. We encourage all interested individuals to apply and take part in our ongoing efforts to fill our ranks.
